A global manufacturer of health care, home and industrial products realized that 12,000 management and salaried employees were not recognized consistently or publicly for superior performance.  Surveys indicated that there were a wide variety of performance metrics in place for administrative personnel.



2020 designed a comprehensive recognition program that reached all 12,000 employees globally, with a uniform theme and purpose.  An image of prestige throughout the corporation was created for this recognition program.  A process of management screening submissions and ultimately identifying the Top Performers across the organization followed peer nominations submitted via an online platform.  A Pyramid of Excellence concept was created, annually recognizing the top administrative performers from each business unit.  Fifteen top corporate performers are also identified and presented with Crystal Oscars.  



Since the program’s inception, thousands of employees have been publicly recognized with coveted crystal pyramids.  In addition, more than 200 employees have each earned a custom crystal statuette for top performance at a corporate level, symbolic of the "best of the best.”  Program awareness has never been higher, as measured by employee surveys.  Tracking of the organization's administration goals reflect continual improvement year-over-year. The program celebrates its 17th year in 2014.
