Sell the organization’s products and/or services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. Communicate 2020’s value proposition and the compelling story of MLCV.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business relationships

  • Maintain superior relationships with current clients and help identify additional strong program opportunities 

  • Drive excellent customer experience

  • Capture and communicate market information & needs

  • Sales administration

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Market and product knowledge

  • Prospect qualification and development

  • Solutions selling method

  • Working knowledge of e-commerce and social media platforms for use in sales & marketing

  • Negotiation and closing

  • Technical sales


Performance Skill Requirements:

  • Networking

  • Business and financial acumen – profit margin calculations

  • Presentation skills

  • Conflict management skills

  • Manage internal and external relationships


Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Five years B2B sales experience

  • Promotional products industry experience

  • High school diploma or GED
